The main aim of the company is to add value to Real Estate. The primary methodology by which the company attempts to reach its objective is by the development, sale and rental of Real Estate and by the conversion of underutilized assets to hospitality & other commercial related activities. Which model includes, but is not limited to, the operation and management of hotels, motels, guest houses, restaurants, cafes, bistros, bakeries, bars, pubs, lounges, serviced apartments, resorts, jungle lodges, tented camps, adventure camps, eco- camps, amusement parks, Ayurvedic retreats, health spas, etc.

To attain its goals the company shall engage these assets in a variety of different formats, whether by means of management contracts, leasehold agreements, build operate transfer, outright purchase or any other method which it deems appropriate.
The company may also engage in a variety of ancillary business that it feels will create additional profit centres and will be beneficial to the primary objects of the company. This list though by no means exhaustive, may include travel and tourism, automobile rentals, yacht charters and maintenance, ticketing agencies (land, air and sea), planning, building, contracting, exterior and interior designing, consulting, training centres etc. Although the above paragraphs outline the primary functions of the company, the company is not averse to diversifying into other areas where it sees opportunity and senses potential in businesses that are not in conflict with their core competences.
